Snapdrive just deleted every single one of my files for no apparent reason. WHAT THE FREAK? I thought that they left the files up permanently? DAMN IT! My music, my pics, my zip files... ALL GONE! Totally messes up my old picspams. It's where I stored the nudey pics of Damian. *sigh* Bastards.

In other news, I can't stop watching True Blood, and the show is truly atrocious. WHY DO I DO THIS TO MYSELF? It's vampires and bad dialogue and horrible effects and everything that I hate BUT I CAN'T STOP WATCHING! ARRRRGH! This is my third time watching the pilot. Damn HBO and their brainwashing. I can't stop watching the pretty people. The vampire guy is HOT, and I really can't stop watching the hot Australian guy from Summerland, especially since he's completely nude through the whole first half of the ep. And I already ship Tara and Sam. Their one scene together was the only thing that I actually thought was good, and I fear that they are the sole reason that I will keep watching this craptastic show. I like Lafayette too though, he's hilarious. But Sookie's southern accent is still the most unconvincing thing in the world and I kind of want to strangle her, and that ending scene where Sookie gets beat up was HORRIBLE and RIDICULOUS and I can't stand the cinematography of this show AND I CAN'T STOP WATCHING! ARRRRRGH! Next I'll be reading that Twilight nonsense, you watch. PLEASE STOP ME! No, but seriously, Sam/Tara? It's love, they just don't know it yet.

As for Burn Notice, Sam Axe is pure hotness. OMG I MISSED HIM! Honestly, he gets hotter every ep. I don't even notice Jeffery Donovan anymore because I'm too busy drooling over Bruce Campbell. Oh, me. Oh! Michael/Larry has SO much potential. It's no Michael/Perry though. *sigh*

Also, RIGHTEOUS KILL COMES OUT TOMORROW OMG OMG OMG!!!! ROBERT FUCKING DENIRO! AL FUCKING PACINO! RIGHTEOUS FUCKING KILL! OMG OMG OMG! I hope it doesn't suck. I'm going to the first showing. ROBERT FUCKING DENIRO! OMG!

Check out secret number 121.  And check out all the comments of the showering-Damian-with-love variety!  YAY!  And... I've been seeing that riddler picture on F!S just about every day, and it never once occurred to me that he looked like Damian.  I feel ashamed now.  But anyway, my D-crotch icon is fitting, because Damian totally has the balls to play an awesome Batman villain.  And... if he wears the spandex like Jim Carrey did?  I'd be in bulge heaven.  But... I'm pretty sure he'd go with the green suit.  Which would be classier, but still... BULGE!

Also, secret number 171 is a Sam/Fi secret.  Dude, that so doesn't have to be kept a secret.  BE PROUD OF YOUR SAM/FI LOVE!  Sadly, all the comments are saying crap like, "Ewwww, he's too old for her.  He should get with Michael's mom."  Which... just... no.  No, fandom_secrets commenters, that's just... blech.  He belongs in a car with Fi impressing her with his sensitive side, okay?  Plus, they are almost always playing boyfriend/girlfriend or husband/wife when they have to have cover personalities.  Only once did he play her father, and he was kind of insulted by it, but then they were all flirty with each other afterwards which proves she did that just to bug him.  So... Sam/Fi = YESYESYESYESOMGSOHOTYESPLEASE!  Sam/Michael's Mom = Oh good lord no.  She views him as Michael's little friend, so it just wouldn't be right.  Not that either one of the ships would ever happen.  But Sam and Fi often seem like they're close to jumping each other, which... is probably just the actors having wicked awesome chemistry, because the stupid writers are stuck on Michael/Fi.  Ugh.  You all know how I feel about Michael and women.  No chemistry whatsoever.  He belongs with Perry.  Too bad he killed him. :'(  By the way, all the commenters on that vid think I'm a dude.  Is that good or bad?  I'm shocked people like it though, it's so damn ridiculous.  Honestly, my mind boggles itself.

I'm thinking of revisiting my Forsyte Saga picspamming.  I never did finish picspamming series 1, and a few people have been talking about Soames, which is making me want to watch the show all over again.  And, I've had the screencaps from ep 5 wasting away in my photobucket since April, so I should do something with them, right?  But it's been ages.  I may have lost my lovingly mocking of Forsyte Saga touch.  But I have to talk about Damian dancing with the dress, right?  And practically dry humping it on the bed?  And him breaking my heart into a gazillion pieces as he begs for the one last chance that he never got?  Oh god, his whimpering, it kills me.  Kills me!  SOAMES!!!  So, if I'm still in the mood on the weekend, I might do that.  Although, I'm really hoping that my Life DVDs will ship extra early and I'll have them for the weekend.  I'm not counting on it, but a girl can dream.  Odds are they probably won't arrive until two weeks after the release date, because that's the kind of luck I have with these things.

Also, 15PPB, I MISS YOU TERRIBLY!  STOP GAMBLING AND COME HOME ALREADY!  No one will perv over Damian with me.

Do you see?  Do you see what happens to The Damian when you leave me? :'(

1. I just realized that I never linked you all to my picspam analysis for Stan By Me.  So... here's the link.  It's much more coherent than my response to the episode last Sunday.  There are even Dark Knight references for you Batman fans.  And Marshall weeping into his pillow (no, this didn't happen, but in my head it did, so it made it into the recap).  This episode was so terrifically awesome that I stayed pretty true to the ep, but you know me, I must insert imaginary subtext whenever I can.

2. I figured out last night that my internet coursework thingy would let me move onto the next subject without doing my research paper first for the other subject, so yay!  I did 4 weeks in about 2 hours.  Yay me!  But that wasn't so great a feat.  It was purely "how to use your internet browser and search engines" which... I do every day, so... yeah, I moved through that pretty quick.  It was just a lot to read.  But I did learn what that "I'm Feeling Lucky" button on google is for.  So there you go, I learned something useful.  I've never pressed that button before.

3. I wasn't digging Burn Notice in the beginning of this season, but now I'm loving it, most especially Sam.  I found myself giving Sam dreamy eyes last night and sighing happily.  That man gets more gorgeous with every episode.  Sure, Michael may have the muscles and boyish smile, but Sam has the classic handsomeness and charming smile and lovely hair and adorable sense of humor and he's self-deprecating and he gets excited over the littlest things and OMG I LOVE HIM!  SO ADORABLE!  I don't know how Fi controls herself when they are alone together in the car.  For serious.  I mean... Michael is so... I can't even describe it.  It's like he's non-sexual.  Like, despite him being hot, I have trouble seeing him do the whole passion thing, even when he's actually doing it with Fi (he only gets passionate when he's fighting, which is why Michael and Fi only end up having sex after first beating each other up).  But Sam?  He's a stallion.  He knows how to make the ladies happy, and the tension between him and pretty much any lady (most especially Fi) is so damn palpable that he just does things to me.  OMG, I LOVE HIM!  And the ep from a couple weeks ago, where it was a whole lot of Sam/Fi?  I was in heaven.  OMG, DID I LEAVE THEM OFF OF MY SHIP LIST?  WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME?  SAM/FI 4EVR!!!!11!!1  One thing that's kind of disturbing me this season though is that Michael is inadvertently murdering all the people that he dupes instead of inadvertently sending them to prison like he did in the first season.  And then Michael is still supposed to come off all sweet and good and crap.  But he basically just murdered someone in every episode.  It's just different.  It makes him more badass I guess, but the sweet scenes afterwards throw me off.  But who cares, because really, I'm only watching for the gorgeousness that is Sam.  OMG, SAM I LOVE YOU!

4. I've been watching [personal profile] annakovsky's Life fanvid Amazing Grace like crazy, because I love it (like, almost as much as I love Dirty Hole), but I keep noticing how positively blue Charlie's eyes are in the clip from Bobby's barbecue from Tears Asunder where Bobby shows him the gun, and I get all gooey inside, because that's the effect that Damian's eyes have on me.  So let's admire those beautiful blue eyes, shall we?

*dreamy sigh*

5. So, not too long ago I admitted to watching Disney Channel shows that are made for tweeners, and I proclaimed my love for Life With Derek, and I even put Derek/Casey as one of my ships, but then... well, last night I watched the latest ep on YouTube and... this boy from another episode, Noel, reappeared, and I got all excited, because it's unrequited love.  Noel develops a mad crush on Casey, but she's oblivious, and he thinks he's out of her league so he doesn't let on that he likes her but he kind of can't help himself and leaves little clues, but then Casey goes back to her captain of the football team boyfriend who doesn't understand her at all, and Noel pines from a distance and wishes things were different, because he understands Casey so perfectly and she understands him and they are both themselves around each other and it was just so beautiful, but it only lasted one episode.  But then he showed up again in this episode, and he still had feelings for her, but she had no clue, and she wanted to prove that men and women can be just friends, so they were being all friendly and then he thought it was something more but she didn't and then she broke his heart again but he played it cool because being her friend is better than being nothing at all, and OMG!  I LOVE IT!  Unrequited love, too hard for me to resist.  I think I love Casey/Noel more than Casey/Derek.  I so hope he becomes a regular part of the show.  Okay, I'll stop being a dweeb now.  Seriously, I'm too old to be watching that stuff.  But I can't help it.  It's fun.

I managed to finish season 1 of Burn Notice last night, and dudes, the finale was AWESOME and it had me salivating for the S2 premiere tonight.  The premiere was pretty good.  Highlights:

Spoilers )

And that's pretty much it.

Anyway, back to season 1.  Episode 9.  Cowen hired an assassin to kill Michael, only Michael mistakes him for an actual bureaucrat.  This is the most sexual tension that I have seen him have with absolutely ANYONE on this show.  Heck, even in Touching Evil I had trouble feeling the sexual tension between the partners that everyone else went gaga over.  But here, with this guy, the soft looks into each other's eyes, the flirty smiles, the need to please each other, the quiet yet menacing talking into Michael's ear, the roll around on the floor, the DEVASTATION when Michael realized that he was conned, DID I MENTION THE LOOKS?  Anyway, I was going to do a picspam, but then real life got in the way, so I did a quick vid to show you all the beauty of the love that can happen between an ex-spy and the assassin that was hired to kill him:

Oh, bumbling enemy slash, how I love you.

By the way, you know how I got crazy excited about Richard Schiff being on Burn Notice?  THEY KILLED HIM AFTER ABOUT 3 LINES!  WHAT THE HELL?  THIS IS A TRAVESTY!  A TRAVESTY!!!  I was hoping that he'd be the big bad guy.  So not fair.

Ed Helms was supposed to be on Conan tonight, and I am majorly bummed that Al Roker is there instead. :'(  What happened, Ed?  Why weren't you there, dammit?  Oh well, Conan was out of control with his La Bamba teasing, so that kind of made up for it a tiny bit.

I just saw ep 8 of Burn Notice, AND I HEARD TOBY ZEIGLER'S VOICE!!!!!  IT WAS TOBY!  OMG!  It had to be him.  It was him, right?  I'm being lazy, aren't I?  I could just go to Richard Schiff's IMDb page and find out.  But I recognized the voice once he started shouting.  OMG, TOOOOOOBY!  It has to be him. *snuggles Toby and gets scratched by his beard*  OMG TOBY!  IT WAS TOBY ZEIGLER!  Dang, getting this excited over a voice on the phone?  I think that means that I need to take a break from NCIS and go back to watching the rest of The West Wing.  But first I need to finish Burn Notice, because it looks like Hulu is going to remove the eps tomorrow morning (I guess in order to make room for season 2).

So, I was really starting to dig Burn Notice there for awhile, the plots were getting more interesting, the overall mystery was getting more intense, the action was getting more kickass, Fiona called Sam cute, Michael took his shirt off some more... but then Fiona and Michael decided to start dating again, and my enjoyment level plummeted greatly (until I heard Toby's voice).  UGH!  I loved how Michael was very against getting involved with her again because he truly believes that he's better off alone, but then he went and caved, and now Fiona has descended into a whiny, needy girlfriend instead of a badass ex-girlfriend who likes to play with his head and kick his ass.  And now Michael is all "Oh, I need to please her.  Oh noes!  She's flirting with another man!  Grrrr.  Oh, I love her.  But it's wrong.  But it's right.  But it's wrong.  I really suck at these romantic scenes because I have close to zero chemistry with Fiona.  Except when we're beating each other up and I have no shirt on.  But then I have to go back to that emotion crap, and I end up rivaling Keanu Reeves for worst acting.  But no one cares, because I'm hot without my shirt.  Oh, wait... what was the point of this show again?  Oh yeah, who burned me?"  Please tell me that Michael/Fiona is extremely short-lived and they go back to being platonic buddies, and Fiona decides to makeout with Sam because he looks adorable in a suit?

Anyway, I'm enjoying the show, but it doesn't elicit much excitement out of me. :/  Yes, yes, I know.  How can I be SO enthusiastic over In Plain Sight, which has shaky writing and sucky plots and underdeveloped supporting characters, while I'm just "Eh, it's a fun show" over Burn Notice, which has an extremely interesting premise, well developed plots, adorable comedy, awesome supporting characters, Jeffery Donovan without a shirt, and kickass action? *sigh*  You can't choose who you love, apparently.  I guess I love In Plain Sight because the relationships are really well-written, while the rest of the show sometimes comes off as an after-thought, and I am most definitely a relationship person when it comes to my TV shows.  Ugly Betty is a great example of my devotion to a show with amazing relationships and the suckiest plots in the universe.  Anyway, Burn Notice is fun.  I fall more and more in love with Sam every episode.

Seriously.  Second greatest icon ever.  The first is my naked-shouldered Damian one. ;)  Anyway, I was hit with inspiration to write that Life/Psych/In Plain Sight crossover drabble that [personal profile] piecesofalice had challenged me with in that fanfic meme, so enjoy the craziness that is Crews, Reese, Lassiter, Juliet, Mary, and Marshall all sitting at a table trying to decide what pancakes to order.  I amused myself quite a bit, so hopefully you all will get a little laugh out of it too.

I completely forgot to watch Nashville Star last night. :'(  And it's not on Hulu! :'(  And now that it's on NBC instead of USA, there aren't a bazillion encore showings.  Damn it!  I got so wrapped up in Burn Notice that it didn't even occur to me that I had a show to watch.  Damn it!  I wanted to see how my sailor with 2 first names did.  Bah.  Me and my horrible memory.

Speaking of Burn Notice, am I crazy for suspecting that Fiona burned Michael?  I wouldn't put it past her.  She seems quite happy that he has to stay in one place now.  Also, I'm confused in regards to Fiona and Sam.  What do they do?  Are they ex spies, or are they current spies?  Or something completely different?  I must have missed the explanations.  Especially in regards to Fiona.  I keep thinking she's a spy, but then she follows Michael around, so I'm not sure.

And this is completely random, but for some reason I feel like sharing it.  Apparently my forehead is much more tanned than the rest of my face.  What's up with that?

*is distracted by icon* OMG MARY AND MARSHALL KIND OF KISSED OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG!!!!!!!!!

Something like that needs to happen with Lassiter and Juliet.  Pronto.  And this fic by [personal profile] grimorie?  It needs to actually happen on Life, exactly the way she wrote it.  I would DIE of giddiness.

1. You can find my more in-depth analysis/fangirl/picspam on last night's ep of In Plain Sight here.  Lots of Marshall goodness to drool over (I went a little crazy with the screencaps, especially the almost-kiss).  I don't why I'm suddenly so attracted to the guy.  He's tall and skinny and kind of gawky, so not my type, but I am madly in love with him.  I definitely want to do him.  I think it was the mambo dancing.  How am I supposed to resist that?  Seriously though, I am still high on the Mary/Marshall-ness of the ep.  Also, the member count of my community pretty much doubled after last night.  SCORE!  Why is there no fic yet?  I want to attempt some, but I like to sample other people's work before I dive into a fic of my own.  But there is no other work.  And I'm too chicken to be the first.

2. I am 4 episodes into Burn Notice.  I'm really enjoying the show.  The martial arts scenes are pretty good, and that alone is enough to keep me watching (even though they only last for 30 seconds at the most).  But I'm starting to fall in love with the characters instead of just the action, which is good, because at first none of the characters really grabbed me.  But now I'm seeing that Michael's a big softie at heart, and that Sam and Fiona were made for each other.  I don't care if Fiona is supposed to be Michael's girl, I'm just not feeling it there, at all, not even any sexual tension (at least not on Michael's part).  But Sam/Fiona?  Oh yeah.  The bickering, the way they get lost in their own little world when they are around each other, their adorableness when they play a husband/wife or boyfriend/girlfriend, the way they both want to kill each other... it's love.  It's quite possible that [profile] jesshelga unintentionally brainwashed me to watch for Sam/Fiona subtext, but I'm glad she did, because they're awesome, and their interaction is probably my second favorite thing about the show.  The action is the first.  I also really love Michael's interaction with his mom, so hilarious.  Obviously the OTPs are Sam/Fiona and Michael&Mom.  This show surprisingly has a great depth of emotion in it the further it goes.  I actually teared up at the end of the 4th episode.  Anyway, this show is awesome, and I love watching Jeffery Donovan without his shirt on.

3. That's it.

Huh?  No talk about Damian?

4. Well, okay, since I don't want to disappoint Marshall.  I watched Brides/Nyfes yesterday.  I had no clue what was going on during the Greek parts, which may have actually made the film more enjoyable, because I got to make up my own dialog in my head.  But most of Damian's parts were in English, so at least I knew what was going on in his scenes.  But this film made me laugh pretty hard when it wasn't supposed to.  Damian as a beta male is just so, so, so very strange.  He was pretty beta in Hearts & Bones, but it was always understandable and pretty hard not to love him.  In this film he's all over the map with his outbursts and his outpouring of love.  But he's still adorable.  But it made me laugh.  I might have to do a picspam.  In fact, I probably will, because Damian was breathtakingly gorgeous, and the movie is just begging to be mocked.

IN PLAIN SIGHT OWNS MY SOUL, DAMN IT!  OMG!  OOOOOOOOOOH MYYYYYYYYYYYYYY GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD!  MARSHALL, I LOVE YOU!  So, the episode as a whole wasn't as good as last week's, but [I change my mind.  This episode was indeed better.  I must have completely blocked last week's mother/sister crapfest from my brain].  This ep had some very key moments that had me gasping for breath because I was squeeing like crazy.  And my mind is so incredibly blown by those moments that I will probably not be very coherent.

As for CI, I tried watching it, but it bored the crap out of me.  Obviously I can only watch that show when Goren and Eames are on there.  I got through about half an hour and just couldn't take it anymore.  So do you know what I did?  I decided to see if Burn Notice was on Hulu.  AND IT IS!  OMG!  So I started to watch the pilot, but then it was time for IPS, so I only watched the first half.  But I love it already.  I predict that by Tuesday night I will have watched the entire first season.  I LOVE HULU!  IT WAS THE GREATEST INVENTION EVER!  And it's responsible for getting me hooked on several shows.

Okay, so now I'm going to go and download the IPS torrent so that I can watch a certain scene over and over and over and over and over again.  You know the one I'm talking about.  Also, I'm going to finish watching the Burn Notice pilot.  OMG, Jeffery Donovan, I forgot how good you looked without a shirt on. *drool*  I actually liked him better on Touching Evil, but he'll probably grow on me on Burn Notice (he already makes me drool, so that's good enough).  Plus, the show is full of action and comedy, which is pure love for me.  I doubt that it will own my soul the way that the Marshall Mann Show does though.
