So uh... you know the Filipino version of Ugly Betty that I've been talking about all weekend? I finally got to the romance, and I was right, it was totally legit, no deviance whatsoever! IT'S PRETTY MUCH EVERYTHING I WANTED THE AMERICAN VERSION TO BE. But I've now hit the heartbreak, where Betty thinks he did it for the business, but in actuality he had totally fallen in love with her long before he had started romancing her. THEY ARE SO ADORABLE, YOU GUYS. But now they are both in pain for no damn reason! Ugh, it's killing me! Stupid Mario. Stupid, stupid Mario.

ETA: Okay, they are already back to their adorable hair-smelling selves! OMG, I LOVE THEM. But you know that Daniella and Marcela will soon destroy their happiness, because that's just how they roll.

Huh.

I, uh, actually barely watch Filipino TV even though I live here since the ones I've seen since I was a kid made me cringe so bad I stopped watching.

YES! OMG, it's so good. My love for it is pretty close to the size of my love for the Colombian version (though, I seem to find the Colombian version to be nearly flawless, whereas the Filipino version is just way too crazy in certain parts, but at this point it is my second favorite version of the show).

Hee. I guess I'll have to check it out, I'm actually not surprised with the crazy, some of our storylines here are... well its not crack but there are some crazy storylines around here:)

Where do you watch the other versions? I'm in Canada and I've only seen the American. I'd like to see the other versions too, but they'd have to be subtitled as I'd have no idea what was going on.
