OH MY GOD.

ETA:

1. "I loved you!" OH MY GOD, HER VOICE WHEN SHE SAID THAT! HER FACE! "I know." OMG BOYD, JUST KILL ME WHY DON'T YOU? That moment was so beautiful and utterly painful at the same time. He would have loved her if he wasn't such an insane sociopath. The turmoil in his eyes as he readies himself to kill her! That is clearly sociopath!love right there.

2. Boyd was Topher's best manfriend! He trusted him implicitly! Even when Echo was beating on him and they were telling him it was true, HE COULDN'T DEAL WITH IT. Because he's been in love with Boyd forever. Topher's heartbreak was almost as painful as Echo's.

3. "I love you all. Except for Paul, I don't know what you all see in him." AHAHAHAHAHA, BOYD, THIS IS WHY YOU'VE ALWAYS BEEN MY FAVORITE!

4. MELLIE/PAUL, HOLY CRAP. I knew it would end like that. I just knew it. Joss Whedon is terribly predictable when it comes to sweet, innocent characters that have just found/renewed love. THEY DIE IN A HORRIFIC WAY AND BLOOD SPATTERS ALL OVER THEIR LOVED ONE. That's just the way it goes in Whedonverse. I would have cried had I not been expecting it.

5. Topher!Victor will never not amuse me.

6. That scene between Adelle and Clyde/Whiskey/Claire/Whatever was ridiculously hot. My jaw was pretty much hanging open, and I am not typically one to get all hot and bothered over femslash, but OMG, THAT WAS HOT. AND WRONG. AND HOT.

7. BOYD. BOYD BEING TURNED INTO A DOLL. BOYD LOOKING ALL INNOCENT WITH A BOMB STRAPPED TO HIS WASTE. ECHO LOOKING AT HIM WITH SO MUCH SORROW. God, that killed me. I mean, I was expecting his death, because he was the bad guy, so I was prepared. But for him to die in that innocent state? OH GOD, MY HEART! I mean, it was sort of predictable, but epic nonetheless. Harry Lennix is just so, so wonderful. His performance has been so beautifully understated from the beginning, so he doesn't really get much notice from the fandom, but OH how he has owned me since the very first episode. He just gives such a beautiful performance. Oh, Boyd. *sniff* His death was easier on me though than it would have been had he not been a sociopath. Speaking of which, what is with me and my knack for falling for good bad guys? Like, what is up with that?

Dudes, how am I even going to be able to bear watching the finale? I've never enjoyed Dollhouse when Boyd wasn't there. WHAT AM I GOING TO DO? OH BOYD! *sniff*

I so need an icon of innocently smiling Boyd with the bomb strapped to him. OH GOD, BOYD! MY BEAUTIFUL, BEAUTIFUL BOYD!

*sniff* Don't remind me, I'll start bawling my eyes out again!

It so weird, usually with Dollhouse I'm either in complete shock or I squee like a mad woman but with these latest two episodes... I have been utterly crushed over Boyd. I knew I cared about him but boy, did he get under my skin. Now I'm convinced it's all thanks to Lennix, since the way he's written makes zero sense to me.

Ooh ooh, btw, have you seen Shakespeare's Titus? Now, the movie is actually so depressing that I'm not sure I can recommend it to anyone but Lennix plays a magnificent villain in it (Aaron).

Oh god Boyd, it was such a beautiful way from him to go out- but I'm still saddened by his death. I loved him whether he was a sociopath or not.

I can't wait until Epitaph Two, I'm really curious to see how it continues from Epitaph One, especially since we know more of the story now, but it's still not complete.

Oh, same here. Boyd was my absolute favorite. I cannot deal with him suddenly being the evil dude and the explanation not making any sense at all. But it was quite a beautifully poetic way for him to die.

I definitely need to rewatch Epitaph One now. I remember the little girl being imprinted with a bad dude at first, and now I am curious if that was Boyd. Originally I thought it was either Dominic or Adelle, but now I'm suspecting it was either Clyde or Boyd.

I don't have too much of an issue with him being evil, but I like evil characters. That and I actually think him fighting with Paul at the end of season 1 makes a lot more sense to me now.

There's still a lot of gaps as to how the end of the world started, even though Boyd was the big bad, he was also trying to make the cure for his own tech. And since he's gone, who ended up releasing the tech?

And the Epitaph One flashbacks show us that Adelle & co end up going back to the Dollhouse, what's the whole deal with that? So many questions...

I am still having trouble coming to terms with the fact that Boyd was psycho. I was so hoping that they'd justify him being the big bad in a plausible and meaningful way, but they kind of failed. I miss Boyd being noble and manly and handsome. *sniff*

"I love you all. Except for Paul, I don't know what you all see in him."

I LOVED THAT LINE. I was like, LUCILLE BLUTH IS THAT YOU because it reminded me so much of "I don't care for Gob." And it was also funny because it's true.

I knew Mellie was going to bite it before the end of the episode, and as soon as she was triggered I knew she was probably going to pop herself. Oh, Joss. I didn't particularly care for Mellie but I kind of wish you'd stop being predictable with killing characters. I would be ecstatic if Anthony and Priya come out of this alive, not just because I love them but because that be something new and different.

Clyde!Whiskey was amazing. And hot.

I'm not sure how I feel about the decision to strap a bomb to Doll!Boyd. I mean, the mind was gone but the body was kind of innocent, you know? Oh moral ambiguity. Maybe "Boyd" will show up in another body somewhere. Oh, and Dear EchoCaroline and Friends: blowing up one Rossum lab isn't going to take down the whole corporation, JFC. I'm pretty certain they wouldn't keep all of the Tech in one location. Also? I may be on Boyd's side with regards to the whole EchoCaroline This is Spinal Tap! thing even though he's a sociopath. He was right that the Tech couldn't be stopped once it was out there, so it was kind of smart to come up with a backup plan that would protect people.
