YES! YES YES YES TO ALL OF THIS! It was so, so wonderful. And I loved that Mary actually listened to Marshall when he was trying to tell her that she was being rude to Eleanor. If anyone else had said any of that stuff to her, or tried to share in her pain about her father, she would have bitched them out and ran away. But with Marshall? She saw the wisdom of his words, and then she shared her burden with him. She shared her burden with him! She rarely even does that with her own family. It was so, so wonderful! A seriously moving Mary/Marshall moment that was completely unexpected and felt very natural and just... GUH! I LOVED IT!
