Community was ridiculously hilarious tonight, and Abed was ridiculously hot throughout the whole ep (especially in the tag scene). I'm not usually much of an Abed fangirl, but seriously, that dude was smokin' tonight. Also, this episode proved that I simply cannot stop shipping Britta/Pierce. THEIR CHEMISTRY IS UNDENIABLE, DAMN IT. Especially their comedic chemistry. They play off of each other so delightfully! I want them to have more scenes together, is what I'm saying. Also, the badass Shirley scene was so, so, so well done.

30 ROCK WAS THE GREATEST. Well, okay, maybe not the greatest, but it was delightfully hilarious in every single way and by far the greatest episode they've done in a long while. EPIC AMOUNTS OF JACK AND LIZ. JACK DOING A SERIOUSLY DISTURBING REAGAN IMPRESSION. FRAJUR! THE SECRET FRIENDS CLUB (is that what it was called? My memory is failing me at the moment). TRACY!!! The funniest part of the ep was definitely the scene where Jack solves the Tracy problem, oh god, I laughed way too hard at that. HEARTWARMING JACK/LIZ MOMENT AT THE END. I am falling in love with this show all over again, and you know what? As long as the show keeps giving us these wonderful friendship moments between Jack and Liz, then I think I can finally come to terms with the fact that they will never get together. It's just not going to happen, and I think that this season is doing a good job of helping me embrace their BFFery minus the sexual tension. It helps that the overall writing of the show is so much stronger this season, too.

The Office was... well, it made me laugh, but it was one of those eps that really wasn't that memorable yet still gave me joy simply because I am addicted to spending time with all these characters. I think this is why I will never give up The Office, even when Steve Carell leaves. I love these nutjobs too much to leave them. ESPECIALLY ANDY AND HIS SEXY FALSETTO VOICE. Oh gosh, his face when he realized that he, Darryl, and Kevin were just jamming together like friends! Oh, I love him.

The Big Bang Theory was pretty meh. I am beginning to get tired of the Amy Farrah Fowler storyline. It was cute in the beginning, but they are overusing her now. As much as I adore Sheldon, having two of him is just overkill, you know? Also, Penny was completely absent from this episode, which made it feel incomplete. That being said, the ep did make me laugh, but like The Office, it just wasn't a very notable episode.

It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia was okay. I really enjoyed the storyline about Mac and Charlie's mothers, but the Frank/Dee storyline kind of brought the episode down (though I did love Dee's insane devotion to being a Grobanite). Anyhow, still a fairly hilarious episode, and Charlie and Mac were adorable (as they always are).

So, I was looking at Kim Seung Woo's DramaWiki page yesterday, and I noticed that Athena: Goddess of War has suddenly shown up as one of his TV shows. Is this for real? BECAUSE THAT WOULD BE MAGNIFICENT. I tried googling it, but all I found were articles from August, all saying that he might be reprising his role as Park Chul Young in the IRIS spin-off. So, I'm trying not to get my hopes up, especially since he is nowhere to be seen in the trailor, BUT HOW AWESOME WOULD THAT BE?

Seriously, he needs to get in on that action. You know, as much as I loved City Hall, Cha Seung Won is just not much of a looker, is he? Especially with that goatee in this preview, eesh. Though I will not be surprised if he totally charms me with his badassery in Athena, just as he charmed me in City Hall with his angst-eyes and witty banter.

In other news, I am now watching I am Sam for a second time. Or, well, I'm watching all the Eun Byul/Jang scenes again (and I tend to watch my favorite ones over and over again before finally moving on). I think I'm enjoying their romance even more than I did the first time around. I know that this drama is completely ridiculous and considered total crack, but I'm pretty sure it's my favoritest rom-com ever. It's like it was tailor-made just for me. Male Teacher/Female Student (a rarity in Asian dramas, at least as far as I can tell. Most are Female Teacher/Male Student, and pretty much all age gap romances have the woman being the older party, which doesn't intrigue me as much, sadly), completely emotional bond with a few sexual innuendos here and there, ANGST (in a fun sort of way as opposed to the depressing kind that can be found in dramas like Tree of Heaven), adorable moments of jealousy, witty banter, both characters changing for the better because of each other, co-dependency, unrequitedness, inappropriateness, hilarity... I FREAKING LOVE THIS SHOW. A lot. And every time I watch it I keep trying to think of who the heck T.O.P. reminds me of, but then last night someone on [livejournal.com profile] fandomsecrets said that he looks exactly like Spock when he has short hair, and I went, "THAT'S IT!!!" It all makes sense now.

Oh, T.O.P. I don't generally find him all that attractive, but there is something alluring about him in that vid (particularly the very end where he does that thing with his eyebrow)

Speaking of T.O.P., I find this vid both horrifying and addictive:

WHAT IS THAT? I don't know, but I find that one girl's hair completely hypnotizing (the one who got it to stick straight up in the air). This K-pop phenomenon is quite perplexing (though, I found America's obsession with boybands in the 90s quite perplexing, too).
