Please remind me to never ever buy a DVD set off of the internet just because it's three dollars cheaper than buying it from Walmart or Target.  It's now been a week since the Life DVDs were shipped, and they have yet to arrive.  The mail didn't come until 5:30pm on Tuesday, and today it came at 11:20am, therefore my post office is ridiculously unpredictable and even if the DVDs get there today I won't get them today since the damn postal delivery person decided to be super early this morning.  I didn't even get my netflix DVDs, which I would have gotten had the mail come at its usual time of between 1:30 and 4:00.  ARRRRRRRGH!  I could have just driven over to Walmart on Tuesday.  Instead I am relegated to anticipating the arrival of the DVDs every single day and getting my hopes crushed.  'Tis a sad affair.  I have no patience whatsoever.  I'm ready to go and get the DVDs and just sell the one that I get in the mail.

Also, this must be said.  tinted_glass  is the greatest person in the universe.  She totally rocks my world.  So as per #18 of this meme, I present to you:

Did you order from Deep Discount DVD? They take forever. FOREVER. It's like an actual era between the time you place your order and the time you receive it. Their prices are pretty good, so it might be worth it to you if you buy a lot, but not me. And that picture creeps me out.

That sucks. Deep Discount is generally super slow for me, too, though the last time I got something from them they actually came pretty quickly. (I ordered something from them for someone last Christmas and I was freaking out waiting for it, because I had ordered it in plenty of time, but it showed up at my house on the 20th or something like that.)

That picture is both awesome and creepy. I love it.
